abstract The world is divided into four kingdoms, each represented by the element they harness, and peace has lasted throughout the realms of Water, Air, Earth, and Fire under the supervision of the Avatar, a link to the spirit world and the only being capable of mastering the use of all four elements. When young Avatar Aang disappears, the Fire Nation launches an attack to eradicate all members of the Air Nomads to prevent interference in their future plans for world domination. 100 years pass and current Fire Lord Ozai continues to conquer and imprison anyone with elemental "bending" abilities in the Earth and Water Kingdoms, while siblings Katara and Sokka from a Southern Water Tribe find a mysterious boy trapped beneath the ice outside their village. Swearing to protect the Avatar, Katara and Sokka journey with him to the Northern Water Kingdom in his quest to master "Waterbending" and eventually fulfill his destiny of once again restoring peace to the world. But as they inch nearer to their goal, the group must evade Prince Zuko, the exiled son of Lord Ozai, Commander Zhao, the Fire Nation's military leader, and the tyrannical onslaught of the evil Fire Lord himself

The Cgi looked so slow, 6 earth benders to move a 3 food bolder that is going 2 miles per hour. Eabend c3 a2 plus. The comet also helped Aang. That first fire blast against the ship is something thats always been visually amazing to me. Also seeing Aang firebend so powerfully makes this so epic. ALSO the first move he does is similar to the first move Katara shows him when shes teaching him how to water bend. You have to do Tales of Ba Sing Se.

Reviewing the movie, I can say that the back story and time lapses are told through narration which is sporadic. It helped to alleviate any confusion on the viewer's part though it added to the choppiness of the film. The beginning is awkward to watch since the movie - like the cartoon - begins in the middle of a story and doesn't seem to even out and really pick up pace until halfway through. The special effects, cinematography, and score were amazing and despite people's opinions that the acting was bad, it really wasn't. This is the acting premier for Noah Ringer and for a beginner he gave his character, Aang, emotion. The Chi movements or dances that helped build Chi could've ruined the movie had the actors looked awkward or inexperienced, but they pulled it off wonderfully, especially on Ringer's part. The other young actors in this have limited acting experience behind them, so to have done the job they did (no doubt in front of a green screen) I think they did just fine.
As for changes in the story, the plot is the same though certain details were changed due to constancy issues in the cartoon. In the cartoon, firebenders could create fire which is inconsistent with the abilities of other benders. The movie addresses this issue by only allowing firebenders to bend fire, not create it (though it did mention how the arrival of Sozin's comet would give them this ability. Yes, the names of the characters were given correct pronunciation in the movie but, when you're given a 150 million movie, no director would want to butcher another culture's language just because the cartoon did. Amongst a few other changes were Aang's difficulty in mastering waterbending not because he was incapable, but because of his grief over losing his people and his home. This is an issue the cartoon only mildly addresses over all 3 books. The ending where Aang deals with the Fire Nation's attack on the Water Tribe in the Northern Territory is different. I actually prefer the movie's ending to the animated version simply because it was a more feasible ending. The biggest change though was the sense of humor or lack of it. Where the cartoon was thoroughly enjoyable with a lot of comedy, the movie was heavier with Aang feeling the weight of his responsibilities and the consequences of his running away.
I understand the loyalty a fan base will have and the issues the Avatar fans have are really no different than LotR's fans had after each movie was made. Any changes made to a movie for any reason will be met with anger, whether the changes were justified or not. Anyone watching a movie based off of a series should keep in mind that a great deal will be left out of a movie simply because of time restraints. The story's time frame will seem warped in a movie that isn't even two hours long, especially when a person is familiar with the time frame associated with the series. Overall, if Shyamalan had been given the green light to make Book 2, I would've gone to the theater to see it.

Between the music, dialogue, and the way her face is hidden from the captains view while talking to him for almost all of their conversation, its just so unnerving that I cant help but love it. Long ago, the thirty or so nations watched Avatar: The Last Airbender in harmony. Then, everything changed when M Night Shyamalan attacked. Only an unheard of director & studio, masters of all areas of good adaptation to film, could stop him. But just when the world needed them most, they didn't appear. Two years passed, and my fellow fans and I discovered the new addition to the avatar series - a waterbender named Korra. Though her ability to be better than this film is great, she has a lot to learn before she's ready to be as good as the first series. But I believe Korra can make us forget the film and save the franchise. The last airbender was a great show. Until the Shyamalan attacked
There is no live action movie in Ba Sing Se. For me the Avatar just became fabulous the moment Toph came in, and was really great for the rest xD. Eabend c3 a2 for sale. Eabend c3 a2 review. Yeah, why were they white? I appreciate that they did use child actors and didn't pull a Percy Jackson, because Harry Potter was great and they were all young in the first movie. But the names were all said wrong, Katara was dumb, Sokka was serious and not funny, Zuko wasn't cute, it's like the director didn't do any research, just skimmed the first season and decided to make a movie. Katara is supposed to be 14, Aang 12, and Zuko and Sokka 16. The firebenders were supposed to be pale, not the waterbenders. And originally, Zuko and Katara were supposed to end up together (but the makers changed that) but they would not end up together in this at all. Zuko and Sokka were supposed to be friends later on, why is Zuko a full-grown adult? And where are the Kyoshi warriors? They are supposed to come back later in the series! And so are the Freedom Fighters! And why was everyone's bending so weak? This is absolute trash and a disgrace to Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Eabend c3 a2 mean. I'm still wondering why the fire nation was made Indian when they are clearly inspired by Japanese cultures in the show. I was 9 and had the series finale marked on my calendar. Since this series finale I havent had an episode nor a show make my heart race and put me on the edge of my seat more than this did. So many bits and pieces of character development big and small for all the characters we came to love. Truly an epic ending to such a powerful and revolutionary series. (Also Mark Hamill is such an amazing voice actor omg, he brought Ozai to life...
